Hashim Mahomed Amla (born 31 March 1983) is a South African cricketer. A right-handed upper order batsman and occasional medium-pace bowler, Amla bats at number 3 for South Africa in Test matches and has opened in limited overs contests. He is currently ranked as the No. 1 Batsman in ODIs by ICC.

Amir Khan Boxer

Amir Khan (born Amir Iqbal Khan on 8 December 1986), is an British professional boxer of Pakistani descent who is currently the unified IBF and WBA World Light Welterweight Champion.
Currently, Khan is rated as the best boxer in the Light Welterweight division, above Timothy Bradley; who holds the other two major titles in the division. Khan is also rated #9 and #10 pound-for-pound best boxer in the world by Boxrec and Sports Illustrated respectively.
He was previously in the Lightweight division, where he held the Commonwealth, WBO Inter-Continental and WBA International titles.
Although of relatively young age, Khan has already amassed many achievements along the way. He is the youngest British Olympic boxing medalist when he captured silver at the 2004 Athens Olympics at the age of 17. He is also one of the youngest British world champions ever, winning the WBA world title, aged only 22.

Anna Sergeyevna Kournikova ( born 7 June 1981) is a Russian professional tennis player. Her beauty and celebrity status made her one of the best known tennis players worldwide. At the peak of her fame, fans looking for images of Kournikova made her name one of the most common search strings on Google.
Although reaching No. 8 in the world in 2000, she never won a WTA Title in singles. Kournikova's forte has been doubles, where she has at times been the World No. 1 player. With Martina Hingis as her partner, she won Grand Slam titles in Australia in 1999 and 2002. Based on their looks, Hingis and Kournikova referred to themselves as the "Spice Girls of Tennis". Kournikova's professional tennis career has been curtailed for the past several years, and possibly ended, by serious back and spinal problems. She resides in Miami Beach, Florida, and plays in occasional exhibitions and in doubles for the St. Louis Aces of World Team Tennis. She currently is the new trainer, replacing Jillian Michaels, on the television show The Biggest Loser.

Svetlana Aleksandrovna Kuznetsova born June 27, 1985 in St. Petersburg is a Russian professional tennis player and as of August 8, 2011 ranked No. 15 in the WTA singles and and No. 84 in the doubles ranking. Kuznetsova has appeared in four singles Grand Slam finals, winning two, and has also appeared in six doubles finals, winning once. She has qualified five times for the round-robin stage of the WTA Tour Championships but has never qualified for the semifinals.
Her first Grand Slam title came at the 2004 US Open, making her the third Russian woman to win a Grand Slam title, after Anastasia Myskina and Maria Sharapova who won at the 2004 French Open and 2004 Wimbledon tournaments respectively. Kuznetzova's second Grand Slam title was the 2009 French Open, defeating Serena Williams in the quarterfinal, Samantha Stosur in the semifinal, and compatriot Dinara Safina in the final in straight sets. At the 2006 French Open and the 2007 US Open singles tournament she was the runner-up, both times to Belgian player Justine Henin. As a result, Kuznetsova obtained her new WTA ranking of No. 2, her best to that date. Kuznetsova has won a total of 13 WTA and 1 ITF singles titles and 14 WTA doubles titles to date and US$15,792,587 in prize money, making her the second top Russian earner on court and number 11 of all female tennis players to date and No. 5 of active players, after only Serena Williams, Venus Williams, Kim Clijsters, and Maria Sharapova respectively.

Anastasia Sergeyevna Pavlyuchenkova (born 3 July 1991) is a Russian professional tennis player and a multiple junior Grand Slam champion. Her current and career-high rank of World No. 13 was achieved on 4 July 2011. From July 2007 to September 2009 she was coached at the Mouratoglou Tennis Academy in France. Since then she has been coached by her brother Aleksandr Pavlyuchenkov.

Dominika Cibulková (born 6 May 1989 in Piešťany, Czechoslovakia, now Slovakia) is a Slovak professional tennis player. She is also a former World Junior No. 3, achieving that ranking in May 2005. Her career-high ranking of World No. 12 was achieved on 6 July 2009. As of 4 July 2011, she will be ranked World No. 20 after reaching the quarterfinals of the 2011 Wimbledon Championships. Her best result was reaching the semifinals of the 2009 French Open.

Morné Morkel (born 6 October 1984, Vereeniging, Transvaal Province, South Africa) is a cricketer who plays Test and limited overs cricket for South Africa. He is a right-arm fast bowler with "genuine pace" according to former South African fast bowler Allan Donald, and a useful lower order left-handed batsman. Some believe he has the ability to become a genuine bowling all rounder. However, after a poor run of form, Morkel was dropped from the Test team in 2009. His elder brother Albie Morkel, took his place. He regained his Test place in 2010.

After initially playing for his home county Northamptonshire, for whom he made his debut in 1997, he moved to Nottinghamshire in 2005. He often fields at slip. He attended Sponne School in Towcester, Northamptonshire.

James Michael "Jimmy" Anderson (born 30 July 1982 in Burnley, Lancashire) is an English cricketer. He plays first-class cricket for Lancashire County Cricket Club and since bursting onto the scene in 2002/03, before his first full season of county cricket, Anderson has represented England in over 50 Test matches and over 100 One Day Internationals.
A right arm, initially started his career as a left arm pace bowler, Anderson made his international debut at the age of just 20. On England's 2002/03 tour of Australia, Anderson was drafted into the squad from the England A team due to an injury crisis. When he played his first ODI he had only played five senior one day matches. Anderson went on to feature in the 2003 ICC World Cup and made his Test match debut against Zimbabwe at Lords the next summer. Later in 2003 he experienced a dip in form and confidence against South Africa. After this he was in and out of the team and experienced numerous injuries, including a stress fracture of the back which kept him out of action for most of the 2006 season. He returned to action and features regularly in England's Test squad. He is a regular strike bowler in England's one day team.

Lance Edward Armstrong (born Lance Edward Gunderson on September 18, 1971) is an American professional road racing cyclist who is best known for winning the Tour de France a record seven consecutive times, after having survived testicular cancer. He is also the founder and chairman of the Lance Armstrong Foundation for cancer research and support. He rides for UCI ProTour team Team RadioShack.
In October 1996 he was diagnosed with testicular cancer, with a tumor that had metastasized to his brain and lungs. His cancer treatments included brain and testicular surgery and extensive chemotherapy, and his prognosis was originally poor. He went on to win the Tour de France each year from 1999 to 2005, and is the only person to win seven times, having broken the previous record of five wins, shared by Miguel Indurain, Bernard Hinault, Eddy Merckx, and Jacques Anquetil.

Caroline Wozniacki (born 11 July 1990) is a Danish professional tennis player. She is the current World No. 1 on the WTA Tour. As of 22 August 2011, she has held this position for 45 weeks. She is the first Danish tennis player to hold the top ranking position and 20th overall.
Since her WTA debut in 2005, she has improved her year-end ranking each year until finishing on top in 2010. She has won 18 WTA singles titles as of August 2011, three in 2008, three in2009, six in 2010 (the most since Justine Henin's ten in 2007), and six in 2011. She was runner-up at the 2009 US Open and the 2010 WTA Tour Championships in Doha to Kim Clijsters. She won the 2006 Wimbledon Girls' Singles, but has yet to win a Women's Grand Slam title. She also holds two WTA titles in doubles.

David Michael Bautista, (born 18 January 1969) is a former American professional wrestler, bodybuilder and actor best known for his time in WWE. In WWE, he became a six-time world champion, winning the World Heavyweight Championship four times, and the WWE Championship two times. He is the longest-reigning World Heavyweight Champion in WWE history. In addition to these championships, Batista has won the World Tag Team Championship three times (twice with Ric Flair and once with John Cena) and the WWE Tag Team Championship once (with Rey Mysterio). Batista was also the winner of the 2005 Royal Rumble match.
After trying out at World Championship Wrestling's Power Plant, Batista signed a contract with the WWF in 2000 and was sent to its developmental territory, Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW), where he won the OVW Heavyweight Championship.

Dale Willem Steyn (born 27 June 1983 in Phalaborwa, Transvaal Province, South Africa) is a South African cricketer who plays in Test and One Day International cricket for South Africa. He is currently the number one ranked Test bowler in the world. Steyn plays domestic cricket in South Africa for Cape Cobras. He is a right-arm fast bowler, and bowls at speeds of around 145–150 km/h (his fastest being recorded at 156.2 km/h during the 2010 IPL, Bangalore Royal Challengers against Kolkata Knight Riders). Steyn holds the record for the fastest South African to reach 100 wickets in Test Match cricket, a feat he achieved on 2 March 2008. Steyn currently has the third best bowling strike rate of all time in Test match cricket (amongst bowlers who have bowled a minimum of 2500 deliveries), behind George Lohmann and Shane Bond. He achieved a tally of 78 wickets at the world class average of 16.24 in Season 2007/08 and was subsequently rewarded with the prestigious ICC 2008 Test Cricketer of the Year Award.
